Agreement to Terms

By booking a service with Bronze Bliss, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Bronze Bliss provides mobile spray tan services in Marietta, GA and surrounding Metro Atlanta areas. We travel to your home, office, hotel, gym, or event venue to provide professional airbrush spray tan applications.

Booking and Appointments

  • All bookings are subject to availability
  • Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of confirmation from Bronze Bliss
  • You must provide accurate contact information and service address
  • Please ensure adequate space and privacy for your spray tan session

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please adhere to the following cancellation policy:

  • 48+ hours notice: Full refund or free rescheduling
  • 24-48 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee may apply
  • Less than 24 hours / No-show: Full service fee may be charged

Payment

  • Payment is due at the time of service
  • We accept Cash, Venmo, CashApp, and Zelle
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Travel fees may apply for locations outside our primary service area

Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best results, clients should:

  • Exfoliate skin 24 hours before appointment
  • Shave at least 12 hours before appointment
  • Arrive with clean, dry skin free of lotions, deodorant, and perfume
  • Remove all jewelry before application
  • Wear loose, dark clothing to the appointment
  • Disclose any skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities

Health and Safety

  • Spray tans are not recommended for pregnant women without doctor approval
  • Please inform us of any allergies or skin conditions before your appointment
  • Spray tans do not provide UV protection - always use sunscreen
  • If you experience any adverse reaction, discontinue use and contact a healthcare provider

Results and Satisfaction

Spray tan results vary based on individual skin type, preparation, and aftercare. We cannot guarantee specific results. If you are unsatisfied with your tan, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment to discuss options.

Limitation of Liability

Bronze Bliss is not liable for any damages to clothing, furniture, or personal property that may occur during or after the spray tan application. We recommend wearing dark, loose clothing and using dark towels/sheets for the first 24 hours after your tan.

Photos and Testimonials

With your permission, we may use before/after photos or testimonials for marketing purposes. You may opt out at any time by contacting us.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
